2. Select the coin, network, and deposit account in order.
For example, if you are sending USDT via the BSC network, select the BEP-20 network.

3. Click "Copy" to copy your deposit address and paste it into the withdrawal platform to complete the transfer. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code using the withdrawal platform's app to complete the transfer.
4. Verify the transaction
(1) Initiate the transfer from your sending wallet.
(2) Wait for blockchain confirmations (processing time varies by network).
(3) Once confirmed, your funds will appear in your AlphaX "Assets".

1. What should I do if my deposit has not been credited?
Submit a "Recover uncredited deposit" request. Provide your TxID, coin, amount, network, deposit address, and (if applicable) memo/tag. Our support team will help locate your funds.
2. Why haven't I received my deposit yet?
Check the TxID on a blockchain explorer to confirm the transaction status. Make sure the address and network are correct. Network congestion may also cause delays. If you need assistance, contact our customer service and provide your TxID.
3. Can I cancel a deposit?
No. Once a blockchain transaction is broadcast, it cannot be canceled or reversed. Be sure to carefully verify all information before depositing.
4. Why is my deposit address different this time?
For security reasons, AlphaX may periodically generate a unique deposit address. Always use the address displayed for your current transaction.
5. Can I deposit cryptocurrency from any wallet or exchange?
Yes. You can deposit cryptocurrency from any external wallet or exchange. Ensure that the deposit network matches the withdrawal network used on your sending platform. Otherwise, your funds may be lost.
