This guide will walk you through connecting your wallet and completing deposits and withdrawals.
1. Connect your wallet
Before trading on AlphaX, you need to connect your wallet to the platform.
Step 1: Click "Connect wallet"
Go to the AlphaX official website and click "Connect wallet" in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Select network
Choose the appropriate blockchain network and click "Confirm".
Step 3: Choose your wallet
Select your wallet from the list, or use the search bar below to quickly find it.
Take Binance Wallet as an example, it supports three connection methods:

2. Deposit
Step 1: Go to the deposit page
Click "Deposit" in the top-right corner of the official website.
Step 2: Select the coin and network, then enter the amount
Select the coin and network, enter the deposit amount, then click "Approve".
Step 3: Confirm deposit
After approving in your wallet, click "Deposit" to confirm.
Step 4: Complete deposit
When the status shows "Deposit successful", your funds have been credited to your account.
3. Withdraw
Step 1: Go to the withdrawal page
Click "Deposit" in the top-right corner of the official website, then select "Withdraw" from the left menu.
Step 2: Select the coin and network, then enter the amount
Select the coin and network, enter the withdrawal amount, then click "Withdraw".
Step 3: Confirm withdrawal
After reviewing the network, amount, and fee, click "Confirm".
*If Google Authenticator, email, or phone verification is enabled, follow the instructions to complete security verification.
Step 4: Complete withdrawal
When the status shows "Withdrawal successful", your funds have been credited to your wallet.
4. FAQ
1. What should I do if I select the wrong network for deposits or withdrawals?
Deposit: If you send funds from your wallet using the wrong network (e.g., selecting ERC20 while AlphaX provides a BEP20 address), your funds may be lost or may require a high recovery fee to retrieve. Make sure the network is correct before transferring.
Withdrawal: If you select the wrong network or enter an incorrect address, the withdrawal cannot be reversed and your funds may be permanently lost. Review carefully before confirming.
2. Are there minimum deposit and withdrawal limits?
Yes. Each coin and network has a minimum amount requirement. Deposits below the minimum may not be credited, and withdrawals below the minimum cannot be submitted.
