1. What is a Discord community management bot
To help you manage your Discord community more efficiently, AlphaX has launched AlphaX Bot, a community management bot designed specifically for Discord. It can automatically handle member review, role assignment, and other daily management tasks, allowing you to focus on community operations and significantly improve management efficiency.
Main feature highlights:
🔐 Automated member verification
After new members join the server, AlphaX Bot will guide them to submit their AlphaX UID and automatically verify if the UID is associated with your invitation. Only after passing verification can one officially become a community member, effectively preventing fake registrations and invalid users.
⚙️ Granular role management
You can easily create and manage multiple dedicated roles, and set unlock thresholds for each role based on user net assets, total deposit, or trading volume on AlphaX. Supports real-time creation, update, and deletion of role conditions.
🔄 Dynamic role synchronization
AlphaX Bot continuously monitors member data changes on the AlphaX platform. Once a member meets or no longer meets a role's conditions, the system will automatically adjust their role permissions to ensure channel access always matches the user's actual status.
📊 One-stop information query
You can directly use simple commands in your Discord server to quickly check any member's roles, asset overview, deposit, trading volume, and other information, making it easy to stay updated on member activity.

FAQ
Q: How do I get my dedicated key?
A: Contact your AlphaX BD, and they will provide you with your dedicated key.Only after successfully binding the key in the bot can all management features be enabled.
Q: Can AlphaX Bot be associated with multiple servers at the same time?
Yes. AlphaX Bot can be added to multiple servers for management.
Q: Can the same dedicated key be bound to multiple servers?
Yes.
Q: Under what circumstances will a member receive a role?
A: In the following situations, AlphaX Bot will automatically verify and assign roles:
- Real-time trigger: When a new member links their UID, their authorized identity is immediately verified;
- Real-time trigger: For members who have already linked a UID, after logging out and rejoining, authorization of identity verification is triggered immediately;
- Scheduled daily verification: The system will check all member data on the hour and assign roles to those who meet the conditions.
Example of role authorization logic
- Role level 1 condition: Direct referee & total deposit in the past 7 days ≥ 10,000 USDT
- Role level 2 condition: Direct referee & total deposit in the past 7 days ≥ 20,000 USDT
Process simulation:
- Member A (your direct referee) joins and has a deposit of 18,000 USDT in the last 7 days, and immediately receives the level 1 role.
- At 12:00 on November 4, Member A's deposit reaches 20,000 USDT. At the 13:00 check on November 4, Member A obtains the level 2 role.
- At 09:00 on November 20, Member A's deposit drops to 12,000 USDT. At the 10:00 check on November 20, Member A loses the level 2 role (but still retains level 1 as the condition is met).
Q: Under what circumstances will a member lose a role?
A: At each scheduled hourly check, AlphaX Bot will revoke roles from members who no longer meet the conditions.
