Introduction to token vouchers

I. What is a token voucher?

A token voucher is a reward certificate issued by AlphaX that represents a specific amount of real token assets.
  • Asset redemption: Once you have met the specified eligibility conditions, you can redeem the token voucher. After a successful redemption, the equivalent amount of tokens will be credited to your Spot Account.
  • Scope of use: Once redeemed, the tokens can be used for trading, withdrawals, asset transfers, and other supported transactions.
  • Validity period: Spot token vouchers have a limited validity period. Be sure to redeem them before they expire. Once expired, a token voucher will automatically become invalid and can no longer be used.

 

II. How to get token vouchers

AlphaX distributes token vouchers through official events and promotions from time to time. Stay tuned for the latest platform announcements and events.
 
Note: After receiving a token voucher, make sure your AlphaX app is updated to v3.14.0 or later so that you can activate, view, and redeem it normally.

 

III. How to unlock token vouchers

There are two types of token vouchers:
  • Token vouchers with no unlock conditions can be redeemed immediately.
  • Token vouchers with unlock conditions initially display the “Unlock” status. Once all unlock conditions have been met, the “Redeem” button will become available.

 

IV. How to redeem token vouchers

4.1 App

  1. Step 1: Tap the top-left corner of the homepage → Go to Profile → Tap My vouchers → View your token vouchers.
  2. Step 2: Tap Redeem to transfer the tokens to your Spot Account. (Some token vouchers may have unlock requirements. Please unlock them before redeeming.)
  3. Step 3: Go to Assets and open your Spot Account to confirm that the redeemed tokens have been credited.

 

4.2 Web

  1. Step 1: Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the homepage → Go to Profile → My vouchers → View your token vouchers.
  2. Step 2: Click Redeem to transfer the tokens to your Spot Account. (Some token vouchers may have unlock requirements. Please unlock them before redeeming.)
  3. Step 3: Go to Assets and open your Spot Account to confirm that the redeemed tokens have been credited.

V. Token voucher validity and expiration

  1. Validity period: Token vouchers have a validity period starting from the time they are issued. You must manually redeem them before the displayed expiration time. Any token voucher that is not redeemed before it expires will automatically become invalid. The validity period may vary between promotions. Refer to the expiration time displayed on the relevant page.
  2. Redeemed tokens: Tokens that have been successfully redeemed are not subject to the token voucher's validity period and do not expire.
  3. When a token voucher becomes invalid: A token voucher will become invalid if it is not redeemed within its validity period, or if the applicable event rules and requirements are not met.

  1. What is the difference between a token voucher and an airdrop reward?
    A token voucher is a reward certificate that must be manually redeemed. An airdrop reward is an asset credited directly to your account by the platform.
  1. Is an unredeemed token voucher included in My Assets?
    No. A token voucher is included in your assets only after it has been manually redeemed.
  1. What should I do if redemption fails?
    Make sure your AlphaX app is updated to v3.14.0 or later and that your network connection is stable. If you still cannot redeem the token voucher, take a screenshot of the error message and contact online support for assistance.
