Why AlphaX Is Safe
At AlphaX, "security" is not a marketing claim — it is a mathematical guarantee built into the protocol itself. Here is exactly how your assets are protected.
Your assets live on-chain. We cannot touch them.
Every dollar you deposit is held in independently audited smart contracts (audited by BlockSec), not in a corporate account controlled by AlphaX. The platform functions solely as a high-speed matching engine. We do not have the technical capability to access, freeze, reinvest, or misappropriate your funds. This is not merely a policy commitment, it is enforced by cryptographic code.
Multi-signature: Eliminating single points of failure.
All withdrawals require approval from multiple independent signers through an M-of-N multi-signature mechanism. Even if a single private key was compromised, funds could not be transferred. Signing keys are stored in hardware security modules (HSMs) and are never exposed in plaintext. On-chain daily withdrawal limits provide an additional hard safeguard even in extreme scenarios.
Prove it yourself — in real time.
You don't need to take our word for it. Because AlphaX is a fully on-chain protocol, our Total Value Locked (TVL) and asset reserves are independently tracked 24/7 by DeFiLlama — the gold-standard data source trusted across the entire DeFi industry. You can independently verify our real-time financial status at any time, here: defillama.com/protocol/alphax
Unlike traditional centralized exchanges that rely on annual PDF audit reports, AlphaX has no black box. Every asset is on-chain, transparent, traceable, and independently verifiable — not because we claim it, but because the blockchain ledger is there for anyone to verify.
Note: The brief gap in our DeFiLlama data prior to January 2026 reflects an internal optimization period. Following our initial beta launch in 2024, the platform underwent further optimization before our official launch in January 2026. There were no user assets on the platform during this period.
Four layers of defense, end to end.
AlphaX is secured by four independent security layers: (1) on-chain contract security with a BlockSec audit and open-source code; (2) a deterministic matching engine with replay-verifiable trade logs; (3) a dynamic risk control engine with hot-reloading rules; (4) withdrawal security with idempotency checks, hot/cold wallet separation, and cold-wallet routing for large withdrawals. No single layer failure can compromise your assets.
Regulated. Real. Verifiable.
AlphaX holds an Australian financial services licence, and is actively applying for additional licences in other jurisdictions. We are not a black box — we are an open protocol with on-chain proof of every claim we make.
