How to add AlphaX to your email whitelist

To make sure you never miss important updates, account notifications, or product news from AlphaX, we recommend adding AlphaX to your email whitelist. To avoid missing any emails, you can add AlphaX to your email whitelist. Below is a step-by-step guide for major email providers:

  • Gmail

1. Open Gmail and log into your account.

2. Go to "Settings":

(1) Click the gear icon in the top right corner.

(2) Select "See all settings".

3. Go to "Filters and blocked addresses":

(1) Click the "Filters and blocked addresses" tab.

(2) Select "Create a new filter".

4. Create a filter:

(1) In the "From" field, enter the email address or domain you want to whitelist (e.g.: support@alphax.com).

(2) Click "Create filter".

Note: To whitelist a single sender, enter the full email address. If you want to whitelist all senders from a domain, enter only the domain (e.g.: support@alphax.com). This will allow Gmail to deliver all emails from AlphaX to your inbox instead of the spam folder.

5. Set filter options:

(1) Select "Never send it to Spam".

(2) You can also select "Always mark it as important".

(3) Click "Create filter".

  • Outlook

1. Open Outlook and log into your account.

2. Go to "Settings":

Click the gear icon in the top right corner.

3. Go to "Junk email":

(1) Navigate to "Mail".

(2) Select "Junk email".

4. Add safe senders and domains:

(1) In the "Safe senders and domains" section, click "Add safe sender".

(2) Enter the email address or domain you want to whitelist (e.g.: support@alphax.com). Click "OK".

  • By following these steps, you can ensure that important emails from AlphaX are always delivered to your inbox and not lost in your spam folder. This way, you won't miss any important updates, notifications, or promotional offers.

     

  • Other email providers

    If you use a different email service (such as Yahoo Mail, ProtonMail, etc.), look for settings like "safe list", "whitelist", or "filters", and add support@alphax.com to your approved senders list.
